ZHUOWENSHREDDER CO., LTD. specializes in crushing, shredding and recovering industrial materials. We begin with the feedstock—its condition, throughput, required output and downstream use—to define the equipment combination and process route.

Feedstock assessment and process route

We assess material form, feed size, contaminants, target throughput and required output to define the reduction duty and determine whether pre-treatment, screening or recirculation is needed.

Main-machine selection and cutter design

The crusher or shredder is selected for the material and duty. Cutter thickness, tooth profile, shaft arrangement and output control are then engineered as one system.

Conveying, separation and ferrous-removal integration

Organize auxiliary equipment and control nodes around continuous feeding, transfer between equipment, screening, magnetic separation and iron removal and subsequent processes, so that each processing link forms a clear and executable process.
