What material information should I provide?

Provide the material name, site photos or video, maximum size, bulk condition, and whether metal or other contaminants are present.

Can the published specifications be used as the final configuration?

The table is for preliminary selection. Final sizing must consider throughput, output size, operating hours and downstream stages.

Can I just purchase a single machine?

Can. Zhuowen Machinery can provide stand-alone machines, conveying and control modules, and can also plan complete production lines.

How do I decide between a standalone machine and a complete line?

Start with one machine when only volume reduction or primary shredding is needed, or downstream equipment already exists. Plan a complete line when continuous separation and a defined product are required.
