Selection questions and answers
The tire page and the plastic page use the same parameter table of the 300-2000 double-shaft shredder. In actual projects, the cutting tools and entire line configuration will be adjusted based on tire size, steel wire content, feeding status and target products.
First check whether the maximum tire size can enter the working chamber, and then determine the power and blade configuration based on the weight of the single piece, target output and material discharging requirements. It is recommended to also provide photos of the tire, outer diameter, width and whether the bead has been removed.
The stand-alone solution mainly completes tire volume reduction and coarse shredding; the complete recycling line will combine modules such as screening, wire separation, fine crushing, fiber sorting and collection around the target product.
The particle line aims at classifying rubber particles; the rubber powder line needs to continue fine grinding, classification and dust removal after the particle section. The specific particle size and equipment configuration are to be confirmed with project data.
Prepare photos or videos of the tire, tire type, maximum outer diameter and width, whether it has been beaded, target output per hour, and whether you want tire blocks, rubber granules or fine rubber powder.
